Absolutely NOT. We would not sell any pirated or wrong product to customers. All products you see in Toyferry.com is exactly the same as the image we have shown, and absolutely from the formal original manufacturers. Please rest assured.
IS THE PRODUCT IN REAL SIZE?
Yes. All products have been measured. The product size and package size are in specifications under the description of each product. We refuse to make the size on the product page different from the actual size. Please rest assured.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I LOSE SOME PARTS FROM MY RC CAR?
If you can't find what you need at TOYFERRY PARTS, then I'm sure you can get in touch with the manufacturer.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY PROCESS (US AND CANADA)?
To process a warranty claim, contact our product support staff with the following:
- Your complete name and shipping information
- Product number and item description
- A clear and legible photo of your Purchase Receipt attached to the email.
- A clear photo of your item showing any relevant details
HOW DO I SEND AN ITEM IN FOR REPAIRS (US AND CANADA)?
When sending an item into our service center we ask that you:
- Complete a Service Request Form including a description of the issue
- Include a printed copy of the Service Request Form along with your item
- If the item is within the manufacturer's warranty period include a dated sales receipt (copies are acceptable)
- Before you send the item, make sure you contact us and get the shipping address with the Service Request Form.
WHAT IS RTR or KIT?
RTR - Ready To Run. Able to run once you open the package
KIT - Kit version without motor, receiver, ESC, controller, car battery.
Do you only want to race or is a part of your excitement coming from the thrill of building your own machine. Most of the RC cars coming as "Ready to Run" versions where you have to do not much more than getting them out of the box.
However, there are a lot of models where you can actually put the car together by yourself and therefore influence the look and performance of this car. You can go from simple assembly like your everyday model kit to really buy single components of your car separately to upgrade its power and performance during operations.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIPO AND NI-MH BATTERY?
Most of the time when you buy a car they come with a battery, but some may not. If that happens, you may be faced with this choice, LiPo or Ni-Mh. LiPo battery packs are the batteries of the future and if given the chance, make the investment. For $10 more you can get a battery pack which will give not only longer run times but also more power. They also do not lose their charge over time. Ni-Mh batteries are cheaper and "safer" (LiPo batteries CAN explode if improperly charged) but in the long run, they are not worth it. Spend a few extra dollars and save a lot in the long run.
LiPo batteries are rated by two numbers, and Ni-Mh are rated with only one the mAh of the battery packs is the capacity of the batteries. The larger the better.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
ToyFerry is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, ToyFerry cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our RETURN POLICY.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please pay with PayPal accepted credit cards. PayPal accepts credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express, etc.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart, and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from ToyFerry. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.
